Terms and conditions of the promotion "Free flashlight for X-SPIDER purchases"

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“FLASHLIGHT for X-SPIDER Online Orders”

(hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”)

Effective as of April 22, 2025

§1
General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the promotional campaign under the name “FLASHLIGHT for X-SPIDER Online Orders” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is KAMAR Knapkiewicz Spółka komandytowo-akcyjna, with its registered office at Al. Armii Krajowej 254, 85-689 Bydgoszcz, Poland, NIP 5540392383 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), operating the online store www.mykamar.com.

  2. The online store www.mykamar.com is a telecommunication platform enabling users to review the Organizer’s product and service offerings and place orders in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the store regulations.

§2
Promotion Period and Place

  1. The Promotion is valid exclusively through the online store www.mykamar.com.

  2. The Promotion runs from April 22, 2025, until promotional stock is depleted.

Promotion Participants

  1. The Promotion is open exclusively to businesses and legal entities making purchases through the online store.

Promotion Rules

  1. A participant who places a single order for X-SPIDER series products with a value exceeding 800 EUR net will receive a free flashlight as a promotional gift.

  2. The flashlight will be included in the shipment containing the ordered products.

  3. The Promotion is valid while supplies last.

  4. This Promotion may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or promotional codes.

  5. One participant may receive only one flashlight per qualifying order, regardless of the order value or number of orders placed.

§5
Liability

  1. The Organizer’s liability to the participant arising from entitlements granted in these Terms and Conditions is limited to the value of the promotional order placed during the Promotion.

  2. This limitation does not affect any legal rights granted to the participants under applicable law.

§6
Complaints and Returns

  1. Complaints regarding the conduct of the Promotion must be submitted during the Promotion and within 21 days after its conclusion to the following email address: info@truck-kamar.pl, with the subject “FLASHLIGHT for X-SPIDER Online Orders.”

  2. Complaints may also be submitted in writing at the Organizer’s headquarters.

  3. The Organizer will review complaints within 14 days and inform the participant of the outcome by email, phone, or registered mail.

  4. The Organizer is not liable for any changes to contact information made by the participant after submission that result in failure to deliver correspondence.

  5. Participants have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement under the online store’s terms and conditions. Single components of the promotional set cannot be returned individually.

  6. The above provisions do not limit participants’ statutory rights.

§7
Personal Data

  1. The Organizer is the administrator of participants’ personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

  2. Participants may contact the Data Protection Officer via email at info@mykamar.com

  3. Data is processed for the purpose of administering the Promotion based on participant consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

  4. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Promotion.

  5. Data may be shared with legally authorized third parties to carry out the Promotion.

  6. Data may be outsourced to third-party processors under written agreement.

  7. Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

  8. Data will be stored for the duration necessary to conduct the Promotion.

  9. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer, and withdraw consent at any time.

  10. Participants may lodge complaints with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another relevant authority.

  11. Rights may be exercised by contacting the Data Protection Officer at info@mykamar.com.

§8
Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions are available on the online store website www.mykamar.com.

  2. By participating, the participant acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

  3. In case of doubt, participants may contact the Organizer for clarification.

  4. Disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by a court competent for the participant’s place of residence or seat.

  5. The Promotion is not a lottery or betting game as defined in the Polish Gambling Act of November 19, 2009.

  6. For all matters not covered herein, the terms of the online store regulations shall apply.

  7. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of April 22, 2025.
