Terms and Conditions of the Promotion “NUFAM 2025”

§1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotion named "NUFAM 2025" (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is KAMAR Knapkiewicz S.K.A., with its registered office at al. Armii Krajowej 254, 85-689 Bydgoszcz, Poland, VAT ID: 5540392383, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

2. The Promotion is conducted via the Organizer’s online store available at: https://mykamar.com.

3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of participation in the Promotion, the conditions for obtaining the discount, and the rights and obligations of the participants.

§2. Duration of the Promotion

1. The Promotion is valid from the date of announcement until November 30, 2025, at 23:59 CEST.

2. After the deadline specified in point 1, participation in the promotion will no longer be possible.

§3. Scope of the Promotion

1. The promotion consists of granting a 10% discount on the purchase of products from the X-Spider series.

2. The products covered by the promotion are:
   ALR0084, ALR0085, L0194, L0195, L0196, L1316, L2424, L2425, L2426, L2427, L2428, L2429, L2430, L2431, L3436, L3440, L3441, L3442, L3443.

3. The promotion applies exclusively to purchases made in the Organizer’s online store.

§4. Conditions of Participation

1. The conditions for using the promotion are as follows:
   a) having a registered and verified customer account. A customer account must be created via the registration form available at: https://mykamar.com/gb/login?create_account=1,
   b) purchasing the products listed in §3 point 2,
   c) reaching a minimum logistics value of EUR 1000 net,
   d) entering the individual discount code received from the Organizer in the shopping cart in the “Discount code” field and confirming it by clicking “Add code.”

2. Each discount code is single-use and may only be used for one order.

3. Once the order has been completed, the code expires and cannot be used again.

4. The discount is applied automatically after the code is correctly entered and confirmed.

5. The discount applies only to the value of the products covered by the promotion and does not apply to shipping costs or other additional charges (if applicable).

§5. Restrictions

1. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or discount codes available in the Organizer’s store, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

2. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

3. The number of discount codes is limited. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion earlier if the available codes are exhausted.

§6. Liability

1. The Organizer’s liability to the participant arising from entitlements granted in these Terms and Conditions is limited to the value of the promotional order placed during the Promotion.

2. This limitation does not affect any legal rights granted to the participants under applicable law.

§7. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted during its duration and within 21 days after its conclusion to the following e-mail address: info@mykamar.com, with the subject line “NUFAM 2025.”

2. Complaints may also be submitted in writing at the Organizer’s headquarters.

3. The Organizer will review complaints within 14 days and inform the participant of the outcome by email, phone, or registered mail.

4. The Organizer is not liable for any changes to contact information made by the participant after submission that result in failure to deliver correspondence.

5. Participants have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement under the online store’s terms and conditions. Single components of the promotional set cannot be returned individually.

6. The above provisions do not limit participants’ statutory rights.

§8. Personal Data Protection

1. The Organizer is the administrator of participants’ personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Participants may contact the Data Protection Officer via email at info@mykamar.com

3. Data is processed for the purpose of administering the Promotion based on participant consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Promotion.

5. Data may be shared with legally authorized third parties to carry out the Promotion.

6. Data may be outsourced to third-party processors under written agreement.

7. Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

8. Data will be stored for the duration necessary to conduct the Promotion.

9. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer, and withdraw consent at any time.

10. Participants may lodge complaints with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another relevant authority.

11. Rights may be exercised by contacting the Data Protection Officer at info@mykamar.com.

§9. Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions during the promotion, provided that such amendments do not affect rights already acquired by participants.

2. The current Terms and Conditions are available on the Organizer’s website.

3. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. In case of any doubts, participants may contact the Organizer for clarification.

5. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

6. The Promotion is not a lottery or betting game as defined in the Polish Gambling Act of November 19, 2009.

7. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to businesses and legal entities making purchases through the Organizer’s online store.

8. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of September 23, 2025.
